George W. Bush a lancé un avertissement à l'Iran ce soir lors de son dernier discours sur l'état de l'Union. Après avoir sommé Téhéran de mettre un terme à son programme d'enrichissement d'uranium ainsi qu'à son aide aux organisations terroristes, le président a déclaré, et je le cite dans le texte :
"But above all, know this: America will confront those who threaten our troops, we will stand by our allies, and we will defend our vital interests in the Persian Gulf."
