Dans une entrevue au site TPM, Harold Ickes, conseiller de Hillary Clinton, confirme que le camp de la sénatrice de New York utilise la controverse autour du pasteur Jeremiah Wright pour convaincre les superdélégués encore indécis de ne pas appuyer Barack Obama. Je cite Ickes dans le texte :
"Nobody thinks that Barack Obama harbors those thoughts. But that's not the issue. The issue is what Republicans [will do with them]...I think they're going to give him a very tough time."
