Les fans du groupe irlandais U2 seront heureux d'apprendre que la première chanson du nouvel album No Line on the Horizon est maintenant disponible pour écoute. Get on your Boots a ainsi été diffusée lundi à la radio RTE de Dublin et est accessible gratuitement sur le site Web de U2.
L'album No Line on the Horizon, qui sortira en magasin le 2 mars prochain en Irlande et le 3 mars dans le reste du monde, sera le premier offert en cinq ans. Il suit How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb, 12e album studio du groupe.
Le site officiel de U2 mentionne que No Line on the Horizon comprendra onze pièces dont les titres sont les suivants : No Line on the Horizon, Magnificent, Moment of Surrender, Unknown Caller, I'll Go Crazy If I Don't Go Crazy Tonight, Get on your Boots, Stand Up Comedy, Fez - Being Born, White As Snow, Breathe et Cedars Of Lebanon.
Hier après-midi, la bande à Bono était du spectacle We Are One en hommage à Barack Obama au Lincoln Memorial de Washington. Bono a chanté son vieux succès Pride (In the Name of Love) tire de l'album The Unforgettable Fire (1984) et City of Blinding Lights de How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb (2004).
